Grappling University BJJ

Grappling University BJJ is a dynamic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy situated in Tallaght, South Dublin. With programs for both adults and children, their training environment strikes a balance between discipline and approachability. Led by experienced instructor Lee Furlong, they focus on building technical fundamentals in both Gi and No-Gi formats, fostering confidence and community. Their “Little Grapplers” program introduces kids (4–7 years) to foundational movements through fun, developmental play.
